"Sailing Bird" From the artist: "This piece started with the old flaking mirror, which looks like clouds to me. I then placed the quote in the 'break' in those clouds. I found the bird in an old estate years ago and framed it all in a antique film camera enlargement frame backed with brass sheeting." Quote: “What if I fall? Oh but my darling, what if you fly?”
