RETURNS
We understand that purchasing products online, without the ability to touch involves risk. Our goal is to make shopping with us as enjoyable as possible. We’re always available to answer questions, but we understand there are circumstances that necessitate a return or exchange. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) (except final sale or otherwise indicated) within 5 days of purchase for store credit (less shipping charges); or exchange for new merchandise.
- Returned/exchanged items must be unworn, in original condition, original packaging (if any) and with receipt and tags attached.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. - After 5 days from the date of purchase, we will no longer accept the item(s) for return or exchange. Noticeably worn, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Please email hello@junkgirls.com to obtain return/exchange authorization. Upon authorization, please ship the item back to us within five business days using a shipping method that includes a tracking number. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages. Return shipping address will be provided on return authorization.
- Returns will be processed within three business days from the date we receive your returned item(s), and the amount originally tendered will be issued in the form of store credit. Store credit is maintained on our end. You can email us at hello@unkgirls.com to obtain the amount of store credit you have, as well as to make an order using your store credit.
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

- Gift cards
- Personalized metal stamping
- Sale items
- Some health and personal items
EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be processed as a return and re-purchase. Exchanges are based on availability and stock on hand. Please email info@junkgirls.com to ensure availability and to process your new order, prior to shipping the original item back to us.
Please note that we are NOT able to accept exchanges on personalized, worn or otherwise “used” items (eg Soap, Candles, Totes, Shirts, Hand stamped items, etc). Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which must include delivery confirmation and tracking.
